Joel Mercer - Born on the 4th July

The future rock legend that is Joel Mercer started the day early at 9am, out of character for a rock legend but hey, he was excited, it was the 4th July, the day he was born some 18 years previous.

A few cards and prezzies were opened, ”Yeah right, show me the beer!”shouts Joely.

12pm, a respectable time to be seen in the local hostelry and Joel takes his family along to the Prince Albert for a pint before lunch... followed by one during lunch and possible 1 or 2 after!

What a great way to get your 18 year world tour under way and we were so proud!

The clock keeps ticking and this future rock legend needed more action. Luckily his aunt had phoned a few pals, booked the local village hall “stadium” for a night of celebration.

7:00pm and Berkshire’s top DJ rolls up for a night to remember...

7:30pm the first guest start to arrive... “Organic wine or juice dude”, asks Joel as he welcomes his fans... he’s taking care of his people with only the finest natural products... what a guy!

The food, provided by a local community project, is devoured by the hungry masses as the tempo rises. 40 kids enjoy the games area Joel’s people have laid for their enjoyment.... snooker, play station, helium balloons, they’re in a abundance and the kids are well chuffed leaving their parents to find their own entertainment!

10:00pm and the rock legend that is Joel Mercer has had the DJ play many of his favourite sounds in amongst Aga do do do and other mass entertainment tracks Berkshire’s top DJ is laying down.

10:30pm and the chicks want to know “Who is Joel Mercer?” How can they hang around this dude for just one more minute!

Last week’s lucky lady is family focussed and Joel finds himself, under no fault of his own, in the arms of another. A lady who is adding some added magic to Joel’s birthday celebrations and making it a night to remember.

11:30pm and it’s time to wrap this gig with a firework extravaganza, “Where’s my lighter dude, I’ve got a rocket to launch”

5 minutes later, 174 fireworks have lite up the night sky over Windsor and bar the after show wrap party, another night is over for the guy who is Joel Mercer and what an 18th to remember!
